The Seahawks 12K Run is an out-and-back route that will start at The Landing, run North along the Southeast shore of Lake Washington and offer participants a unique opportunity to run around the Seahawks’ training facility, the Virginia Mason Athletic Center, before turning back to run South along Lake Washington Blvd. and returning to finish at The Landing. The GLOW 5K Run/Walk route is a very flat, fast 3.1 mile route that winds through The Landing then heads south into surrounding Renton neighborhoods. Please click here to download a route map and detailed route information. This is a USATF certified course.
Play 60 Kids Run route is a half-mile run that is completely contained within The Landing. The route also splits at about an 8th of a mile for the younger kids who may not be able to make the full half-mile distance. Registered Kids Run participants will receive a kids t-shirt and a finishers ribbon. Open to all kids 10 and under.
Gear can be checked at the Start/Finish area up until the start of each race. Items will only be accepted in the bags provided by the event and only checked for participants with a valid 2015 Seahawks 12K Run bib. The Seahawks 12K Run race crew reserves the right to refuse gear check to any participants. Please leave all valuables in your car, the Seahawks 12K Run will not be responsible for any “gear” checked including wallets, keys, cell phones, iPods, etc. Thank you for understanding.

The Top 3 overall male and female finishers in each race, will receive custom Seahawks 12K Run at The Landing football awards.

Timing chips are normally collected at the finish line and sometimes at transition areas for relay teams. If you ended up retaining your timing chip, please return it to:

Please write your first name, last name and the name of the event the chip was used for on a piece of paper. Fold the paper around the timing chip and mail in a regular envelope. Do not write on the chip or apply tape to it. Triathlon ankle tags MUST be mailed in a padded envelope.
